Conditions to Referral Reward Release
Referral Reward will be released in the form of physical vouchers as well as mobile vouchers. Vouchers to be sent through SMS to registered mobile no. or through the post to the address mentioned in the Online / Physical Ref erral Form. This will be sent within 120 days from the date of final and complete disbursal.
The online/physical referral form asks the prospect's details (Name/Mobile/Email/) and the referee's details (Name / City / M obile / Email).
No Email will be sent for redemption.
Referral Reward will be released post completion of final disbursal and other T&C related to referred Loan.
Referral Reward will not be released on partial disbursals.
Referral Reward Limit
There is a limit of ₹15,000 total vouchers that can be processed to a single referrer in a financial year (April-March). This includes all the rewards that the referrer has earned in a financial year. So, if a referrer has referred more people and is eligible for more than ₹15,000 referral reward, the cash back would still be capped to ₹15,000.

Who all is eligible for DMI Ref erral Program?
Any Existing DMI housing Customer who has an existing Loan Facility running with DMI Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd is eligible for DMI Referral Program. Any customer whose loan application is under process and sanctioned but not disbursed, will not be eligible for Referral Program.
How do I refer under the DMI Ref erral Program?
Customer can walk-in to nearest DMI housing branch and fill the Customer Referral Form for leads.
DMI Loan Officer/Relationship Manager can also get the referral form filled and signed by the customer.
Referral form will also be available online in DMI Housing website. Customer can go to the website directly and fill the form for submission.
Customer can directly send the referral form to customer.referral@dmihousingfinance.in, and acknowledgement mail will be sent to the customer within 48 working hours.
How will the referral reward get calculated?
Based on the no. of referrals converted to disbursals, reward amount will be calculated basis the slab on the disbursed files from one referral form for any particular case. For e.g. if two referred cases get completely disbursed from one referral form then GV of INR 1500 will be sent to customer on his/her registered address or mobile number.
How will I get referral reward?
Post final and complete disbursal of a case, GV's will be sent through SMS to registered mobile no. or through the post to the address mentioned in the Online/ Physical referral form within 120 days of final disbursal.
What should I do in case, I don’t receive my referral reward?
Customer can write to customerreferral@dmihousingfinance.in , in-case of any query related to referral reward.
